When possible we will offer you a choice in solutions with the pro's and con's of each method of repair. We will also offer our professional opinion to each solution from prior experience of past jobs and industry standards.
We won't know 100% of the time
In the event we are not 100% confident of our capabilities, or, lack the experience required of appropriate steps which are in-line with industry standards or the manufacturers suggestions how to address, remedy, repair and/or approach a project presented to us in-line with industry standards of such project, or, have limited knowledge or resources available we will not proceed. We will notify you of our limitations and if so requested, provide you with several, reputable companies which specialize in that particular project.
